How the hell are we meant to check with the store when they NEVER answer the phone?

Just went in to speak with Orewa store about the stock coming in tomorow and they have no idea about this.  Why are they not in the loop?

Just to confirm, the stores will have replacement stock tomorrow, correct?  And the stores will make contact with us about picking up our new phones?

Also agree with Eracode, I have tired ringing the store and no one ever answers the phone and I get a voice mail message saying I cant leave a messages as the mailbox is full...

Ringing my store and no-one will answer. I've tried 2 other stores, I can get an answer but no-one is aware that stock is due in tomorrow. I was told that I'd be contacted to say when my phone arrives, but no-one is actually able to confirm that I'm even in the system for a replacement. I wasn't given a receipt when I handed my note 7 in and I'm now beginning to panic.

@MikeHales: You asked me for my number so you could check why I didn't get any texts from Vodafone regarding anything to do with the recall and the supposed specific text about replacements.

 

I sent you the requested info first thing this morning and have not heard anything from anyone at Vodafone. Did you act on the info I sent you? What on earth is going on - Vodafone is not covering itself with glory in this unholy mess.

It's now a Thursday 22 Sept. could you please confirm that I can drive to your Albany store and be there when they open at 9 am and pick up my replacement Note7.?  I really want to know before I drive all that way - and right now I have zero faith in your organisation.

Albany store got black stock in today for exchanges if you purchased from a Vodafone Store, they don't have enough stock for online or digital mobile purchases.
