Some time ago Samsung NZ said they would give every former N7 owner $100 as consolation for the hassle and aggravation of the N7 debacle.
How is this being handled for Vodafone NZ customers?
Has as anyone actually received this from Vodafone yet?

@Eracode At time of returning the Note7 the staff shop member will take the mobile number and generally yhe credit should be added in 7 days to the account or Prepay number
I have been doing this Prepay customers from a file emailed to me from the correct team
FYI please don't ask me via DM to add credit as it will not be done

@Eracode How long ago did you return the handset and are you Prepay or Postpay customer?

@Eracode Wait for next invoice to be produced, Not sure what your DOM is

DOM is when your monthly entitlements roll over and your next invoice is generated, You need to wait for this to happen and you should have a line item on the invoice credit $100

I have STILL not received the $100 Samsung consolation credi. I have waited more than a full billing cycle.
