Hi, I am not receiving texts from Spark numbers - I can send to their numbers ok though.
Vodafone numbers are fine with sending and receiving.
Can anyone help, is this a Vodafone or Spark issue?

I switched from Spark to Vodafone 3 weeks ago. Initially I could not send to or receive from Spark any text messages. After a few days I could send but still not receiving after almost 3 weeks. Spark and Vodafone blame each other and I'm getting nowhere and losing business. Twice this week Vodafone have said they will get back to me by a certain date but have failed to do so. The last time I spoke to someone she told me I would just have to wait.
If nothing is resolved today I'm off to try 2degrees.

Thanks so much for getting the problem fixed within a few hours - it's been 3 weeks of frustration. I thought all along the problem would be with Spark.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I use an iPhone 6 and I can't get a call or SMS from spark subscribers. I already call the customer support last night and asked me to reset my phone after they reset/refresh my sim card on their end. Asked me to check my blacklist (by sending SMS to 714), which is empty. Asked me to reset my network settings.
Could you lend some help?
