Hi @Masonmills,

 

Please make sure that the SD card is formatted before putting it inside the phone.

Also try turning the phone off and back on after putting in the SD card.

 

Does the SD card show in the storage settings?

That did not work I did all you said.... the thing is all of my music is on it so I don't want to delete everything on it

If it hasnt been formatted this could be the cause of the phone not recognising it.

Please backup your music, format the card, then transfer it back to the phone

Hi,

 

What type is your SD card?  Have you tried it in other phones?  After some googling that phone aparrently only supports up to 64 gig sd cards and it can only be SDHC.  Also the class of the SD can have an effect as well.

 

Could also be that the SD card is corrupted.
