Is there a known issue with multitxt being able to send messages to Skinny Mobiles?  Delivery report suggests they get stuck in SNT and are not received

Need to test this when I am in office tomorrow. But have you checked if the Skinny end user actually receives the SMS?

I am thinking you would get SNT as it was delivered to host SMSR but we would not be see further past to get a delivery receipt as the B# Is offnet.

Will test this out tomorrow however.

No the Skinny users don't receive the message, but everything indicates that the multitxt portal has sent the message out so it could be an issue on the end user phone.

Let me know how the test goes

Morning

Tested, SMS was successfully delivered to a Skinny B# however shows in portal as 'Sent' not ' Recieved'. There will be no Delivery receipt received as the subscriber is offnet. (Same behaviour for any other carrier Spark, 2D etc). Working as designed.
