IMAP clearnet android settings

Can I use IMAP for clearnet email on my android or do I need to use POP? Using POP keeps telling me I have unread messages when they have been read, which is getting annoying.

HI Rah,

 

if you require IMAP please either contact us or PM us as its a feature that need to be activated (will need to check if there is additional cost for this). 

 

POP features is recommended and free feature on clear.net.nz

Please call the contact centre if urgent as will come off and on during my breaks, lunch, or idle time or my roster day off to help out on the forums



Somethings that i mention on the forum is purely my personal findings through troubleshooting with customers that rang in and doesnt mean it works for them it works for you.

Thanks Mike. What are the imap settings? The help page only refers to pop, and when I try and set it up with imap it says my username or password is wrong (but it works with pop).
