Broken phone

I purchased a Sony experia X from your Dunedin store less than a year ago and for the last couple of months it has been playing up like a second hand lawnmower, I was curious if there is a way this could be fixed as I am not happy with this phone at all, or am I up a certain creek without a paddle
Kind regards Dean

@DerbitYou need to return the handset to place of purchase with proof of purchase so it can be sent to the Sony service centre,

But when you say playing up what do you mean, Have you tried a hard reset of the handset? Back up everything on the handset before doing this!
