SureSignal missed calls

Hi all,

 

We have a coverage issue at one end of our property so we recently received a Suresignal from Vodafone. It has been plugged in and gave us full coverage at the spot that was giving issues. So far, so good.

 

Calling out is no problem. When people call in however it rings at their end but not on the receiving phone (despite showing full coverage). We don't receive a missed call text until we ring out from the phone in question. The SureSignal is plugged directly into the router and we have Vodafone fibre.

 

We have had to unplug the SureSignal as it is worse than having no SureSignal at all.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all, Are any Ninja's able to help here? Is there a number to call? SureSignal really confuses the offshore CSR's.
