Is there any way to find out roughly when areas are to be upgraded? I live in the Hokianga where the coverage plan shows that it will be covered at some point in the future but what does that mean? It would be a great help to know how long we have to wait.

I was hoping for something similar for the West Coast if you have it please?
We have so many areas on the West Coast without any coverage, either 3G or 4G.

Check your location(s) on this map - http://www.vodafone.co.nz/network/coverage/
When you do so select the 'buttons' for Rural Broadband and Planned. Should give you an idea.
I know there's still some sites to go in the S1 region which covers malborough and the west coast. Hector is the one I know off the top of my head.

HI Arif, I live in Wai-Iti Valley rd, Belgrove, wakefield.
There is no BB here. Neither by landline nor GSM.
There is a tower (inwoods lookout) which 'says' it is sending out a 2G signal but it seems not to carry any data traffic. Perhaps it is broken? Is it possible to check? Can this tower be upgraded to 3G or 4G..?
The Voda site says that RBI is planned for the area, could you please tellme when it is planned for?
My neighbours and I (all the way up through the top of eighty eight vallet rd) are feeling hopelessly left out of the 21st century (
thanks for your help

Inwoods isn't included in the RBI program so likely won't be upgraded anytime soon.
Something better in the works though - we are building a new RBI site for Wakefield which will be 2G, 3G and 4G.
Monthly build list suggests its due March. Sooo....give it a few days/weeks.
Going by predictive coverage (RBI tab) most of the valley will be covered... http://www.vodafone.co.nz/network/coverage/
